Our Process
1️⃣ Initial Consultation
You may choose one of the following:
• Paid On-Site Assessment & Consultation
We visit your space to evaluate existing conditions, understand your goals, take measurements, and provide professional direction tailored to your project.
OR
• Free Virtual Consultation
You share clear photos and/or videos of the current space, along with basic measurements and a brief description of your needs. This allows us to understand your project scope remotely.
2️⃣ Design Engagement
If after the initial consultation, you would like to proceed, we will issue an invoice for our design service fee Together with an estimate for the project.
Upon receipt of the initial payment, we will begin:
• Concept development
• Moodboard creation
• Preliminary design direction
• An estimated budget outline for the full project
3️⃣ Review & Approval
We present the concept and estimated project cost for your review and approval before moving into detailed drawings, procurement, or construction execution.
