Job Description:
We're looking for students with backgrounds in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Building, electrical Services, etc.), or related fields, as well as those with Sales and Marketing expertise. As a National Service Placement, you'll work closely with our experienced teams to contribute to various projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Currently enrolled in a Tertiary Institution or equivalent.
2. Background in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Building Services, etc.), or related fields, or Sales and Marketing.
3. High proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD) and other relevant software.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
1. Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
2. Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) and sustainable design principles.
3. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
4. Experience with sales and marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, social media management).

- Conduct site visits and surveys
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- 1. Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- 2. Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) and sustainable design principles.
- 3. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- 4. Experience with sales and marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, social media management).
- Passion for technology, digital and AI tools
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Ghana
