Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and innovative Project Coordinator to support our project management team in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources, leveraging AI, tech, and digital tools to enhance their work.
Responsibilities
- 1. Assist in the development and management of project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines, using project management software such as Asana, Trello, and MS Project.
- 2. Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress, using digital collaboration tools such as Slack, Trello, and Asana.
- 3. Monitor and report on project budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying potential cost savings, using AI-powered budgeting tools.
- 4. Assist in the preparation of project reports, including progress updates and issue identification
- 5. Collaborate with the project management team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
- negotiating with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Supervise the project procurement process.
- Meeting with project clients and performing initial site visits and surveys to assess their projects
- Supervise and monitor project progress, monitor construction processes, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Make calls to vendors to obtain quotes for different project tasks
- Submit subcontractor purchase order requests
- coordinate the allocation of resources, such as labor, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
Must Have
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 2. 2-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
- 3. Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Trello, and MS Project.
- 4. Experience with AI-powered project management tools and digital collaboration platforms.
- 5. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 7. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
